Eurotunnel stopover in Coquelles 🚉

Perfect location for hitting the Eurotunnel, super friendly staff made check-in easy. Room was lekker comfy and clean too! Breakfast was decent, felt worth it for the price we paid.

Had a bit of a plumbing noise in the shower, but not the end of the world.

Chur, the room was nice and small, heaps comfy, but the plumbing noise was a real bother at night. Still, the staff were choice and super helpful, eh?

The place is in dire need of a refit. it feels a bit worn down and drab, with small rooms and low-quality fixtures. English TV channels would’ve been nice, especially given the clientele. The parking situation can be tricky, with many spots taken up by police vehicles, and the lack of nearby dining options means you might have to get creative for meals. the self-check-in system lacks clarity, especially with multiple buildings and no indications on where to go.

the hotel is super clean and quiet, perfect for a quick stop before heading to the channel tunnel. i liked the friendly staff and how easy it was to access the restaurants nearby. the breakfast was pretty good, with lots of options, and the overall vibe felt safe and cozy. it’s great for a solo traveler looking for a budget-friendly place.

The shower had fantastic water pressure and the room was clean and tidy. Unlocked a comfy bed with a lovely view!

Comfortable bed but odd room setup

The room was surprisingly spacious and spotlessly clean, but the bathroom situation was a bit odd with the shower opening directly into the bedroom, which offered no privacy. The bed was comfortable, although having only one pillow each was a bit lacking for cozying up. It’s a good pit stop if you need somewhere to crash close to the Eurotunnel.

Plenty of power points and two convenient USB chargers next to bed, perfect for charging devices. the room's overall design felt basic and lacking in furnishings. It was pretty cold and took a bit to heat up. It was a bit noisy from nearby guests. Ideal for a quick stay, especially for shopping close by.

the room was clean and comfortable, and the location next to eurotunnel and cite europe was perfect for us. we'll definitely consider returning to the b&b on our next visit.

This hotel is a solid choice for a quick stop, with a clean atmosphere and spacious room, but the self check-in system felt clunky. It’s close to the Eurotunnel and the option for a late check-out was a bonus for us. Noise from nearby rooms, however, was quite disruptive during the night.
